Dr. Marissa Petralia, PhD
Licensed Psychologist
Eating Disorder Specialist
Dr. Petralia is the owner of Premier Psychology, PLLC, a comprehensive psychology practice serving the Naples and Southwest Florida areas. She is skilled in training and supervising doctoral level and masters level clinicians.
She was awarded her doctoral degree in psychology from The Florida State University.
Dr. Petralia has received specialized training from the nationally-renowned Center for Eating Disorders at Sheppard Pratt and at The Johns Hopkins University Counseling Center.
In addition to providing outpatient eating disorder treatment, Dr. Petralia’s clinical focus includes treating anxiety disorders (GAD, OCD, panic disorder, PTSD), body image, chronic illness, depression, grief, and postpartum concerns.
Dr. Petralia is committed to helping individuals recognize, develop, and diversify their personal strengths to bring about meaningful change and achieve long-term recovery and health.
She personalizes her treatment approach and combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) dependent upon the needs of the patient.
Dr. Petralia is an active member of the American Psychological Association, the Alliance for Eating Disorders, the Academy for Eating Disorders, and the Florida Psychological Association.

Julie L. Carley, LMHC, LDN
Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Clinical Dietitian
Julie L. Carley, LMHC, LDN has over 20 years of experience in counseling and educating patients as a Clinical Dietitian, and has worked in private practice for 5 years in order to help patients on a more holistic level.
As a licensed mental health counselor, Julie offers individual therapy for adolescents and adults. She specializes in treating individuals with eating disorders, women’s health issues, and body image concerns.
Her clinical focus also includes working with patients experiencing anxiety, attention deficit issues, chronic illness, depression, grief, life transitions, obsessive compulsive disorder, and perfectionism.
Julie’s passion is assisting patients to identify and utilize their full potential, to find inspiration, meet their goals, and ultimately grow toward lasting change.
She is known for providing a compassionate therapeutic approach utilizing a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFBT). Julie holds a Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling, a B.A. in Psychology, and a B.S. in Human Nutrition and Dietetics.
As a clinical dietitian, Julie provides nutritional counseling to individuals with eating disorders as well as those looking to develop a healthier relationship with food. Julie’s professional background includes two decades of experience in clinical dietetics with the Collier County Health Department. She has also worked in long term care, assisted living, hospital settings, as well as in private practice.

Dr. Amy Quinn
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Dr. Quinn specializes in treating teen and adult anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, and trauma. She holds a certification in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, a specialized treatment for trauma. Her treatment approach in individual therapy also includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness. She is a licensed marriage and family therapist in California and has a provisional license in marriage and family therapy in Florida with full licensure anticipated in September 2023.
At Premier Psychology, Dr. Quinn provides individual, couples and family therapy. She tailors her treatment approach to meet the needs of the individual, couple, or family. Dr. Quinn is a Gottman Level 1 Certified Therapist. In couples therapy, she utilizes research-based approaches including Gottman Method Couples Therapy and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT). When working with families, she implements strategic interventions to help families improve their communication and relationship patterns. She also relies on the latest research to assist parents in understanding how to parent their children during different stages of development.
Dr. Quinn is passionate about helping others in the field of mental health and enjoys assisting teens, young adults and adults reach their full potential.
Dr. Quinn earned her doctorate in educational leadership from Northwest Nazarene University. She holds a master’s degree in organizational behavior from Claremont Graduate University, as well as a master’s degree in clinical psychology from Vanguard University. Dr. Quinn has published several articles on teen mental health, resilience, complex PTSD, and trauma.
She currently serves as a trustee for the Naples Children and Education Foundation, a trustee for the Community School of Naples Board of Trustees, and an advisor on the Kids Minds Matter Community Advisory Committee.

Daniella V. Winge, MA
Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern
Daniella V. Winge, MA provides individual therapy to children and adults ages 11 and older. She works with individuals struggling with ADHD, anxiety disorders (GAD, OCD, PTSD), body image, bullying, depression, eating disorders, grief, self-esteem and stress management. Additionally, she facilitates group therapy for teens and adults.
She graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Daniella has previously worked in the Collier County Public Schools, non-profit organizations, and private practice.
Her treatment approach is integrative and combines Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), & Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She also has a special interest in conducting therapeutic play techniques when working with children to better assist them express thoughts and emotions.
Daniella strives to help patients overcome daily obstacles, increase resiliency, and effectively manage life stressors while creating a safe therapeutic environment.
She is an active member of the America Counseling Association and the Association for Play Therapy. In addition, she is certified in mental health first aid.
Daniella is a registered mental health counselor intern who is supervised by Dr. Marissa Petralia while completing clinical hours in order to obtain licensure as a mental health counselor. She offers evening hours to accommodate the schedules of students and working professionals.
Octavia Deuschle, PMHNP-BC
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Octavia Deuschle, PMHNP-BC is board certified in general psychiatry and has been practicing in the mental health field for over two decades. At Premier Psychology, Octavia provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management services to children and adults ages 11 to 60.
She holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health from Vanderbilt University. Octavia has extensive knowledge in the treatment of anxiety disorders, ADHD, bipolar, depression, eating disorders, OCD, and trauma. She has experience in a variety of clinical settings including private practice, community mental health, and pharmaceutical research trials.
Octavia’s goal is to help her patients grow from struggles, heal from emotional pain, and move closer to their desired quality of life.
Octavia works part-time at Premier Psychology offering both in-person and telehealth appointments. She is licensed to treat patients in the states of Florida, Kansas, and New York. Octavia’s services are self-pay only. She is an active member of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association and the Collier County Nurse Practitioner Council.
